FIRST-TIMER Goal: Cross the finish line.

You have never done this before. Maybe you have thought about it for a while. This is the year you stop thinking and start. This programme meets you exactly where you are — no conditions, no prerequisites, no minimum fitness required. Four runs a week, walk breaks welcomed, rest days built in. 16 weeks from here to the finish line.

AVID RUNNER Goal: 1:45 – 2:10

 

You know what this distance feels like. Now you want to feel it faster. Two quality sessions a week, structured phases, long runs that teach your legs to finish strong. This programme is the difference between surviving the race and racing it.

PB CHASER Goal: 1:30 – 1:50

 

You have a number. This programme helps you reach it. Precision training, peak volume of 80km per week, race simulations, and a taper you will have to trust. Everything here has a purpose. Nothing is wasted.
